Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of general office or customer service experience required
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving abstract
  • Minimum 1 year delivery driving work experience preferred
  • Ability to work independently and with minimal guidance
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of general office or customer service experience required
  • 1 year customer service or office setting work experience preferred
  • Minimum 1 year delivery driving work experience preferred
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving abstract
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Job Duties

  • Organize, retrieve, pick-up and deliver a variety of transaction related documents
  • Follow daily delivery schedule between TG and client offices that may vary from day to day
  • Complete daily log of incoming and outgoing documents
  • Ensure availability via company-provided cell phone for urgent or last-minute deliveries
  • Follow appropriate driving and walking route between pick-up and delivery points
  • Assist with sorting and packet assembly as needed
  • Work individually and as an active team member helping to achieve department goals
  • Quick learner, independent, and able to work with minimal guidance
  • Maintain continuous alertness and attention to detail
  • Possess good organizational skills and ability to meet assigned deadlines
  • Exhibit excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work individually and as a versatile team player
