- Additional related education and/or experience preferred
Job Duties
- Provide clients with consistent and high-quality service through effective communication, picking up specimens, delivering lab results, and supplies
- Ability to effectively organize reports and supply deliveries to ensure client expectations are met
- Operate company vehicle including daily vehicle inspection, safe and defensive driving by utilizing the principles of Smith System, and ordering required maintenance
- Utilize mobile data terminal to accurately record routine and will call client stops, specimen counts and types, and report client route information
- Communicate with dispatch by radio or telephone on all service-related issues
- Train new couriers on routes
