Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • valid driver’s license with excellent driving record for the past three years
  • ability to operate a vehicle confidently in all weather and traffic conditions
  • capacity to work under time constraints in a fast-paced environment
  • physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • availability for variable shifts including weekends on a rotational schedule
  • committed to safety and compliance standards

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • valid driver’s license with an excellent driving record for the past three years
  • confidence operating a vehicle in all weather and traffic conditions
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment under time constraints without close supervision
  • physical capability of light to medium lifting up to 50 pounds
  • good communication and interpersonal skills
  • knowledge of medical terminology is a plus
  • at least 2 years of experience operating conventional vehicles for business purposes

Job Duties

  • perform a vital part of the patient care process by transporting reports, records, supplies, and medical specimens between the laboratory and healthcare provider locations
  • ensure proper specimen handling, transport, and safe operation of a motor vehicle in all weather conditions
  • interact with a variety of clients and commit to customer-focused service
  • champion safety, compliance, and quality control
  • maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups
  • communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
  • adhere to all company policies and regulatory standards
