Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- valid driver’s license with excellent driving record for the past three years
- ability to operate a vehicle confidently in all weather and traffic conditions
- capacity to work under time constraints in a fast-paced environment
- physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- availability for variable shifts including weekends on a rotational schedule
- committed to safety and compliance standards
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent

- confidence operating a vehicle in all weather and traffic conditions
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment under time constraints without close supervision
- physical capability of light to medium lifting up to 50 pounds
- good communication and interpersonal skills
- knowledge of medical terminology is a plus
- at least 2 years of experience operating conventional vehicles for business purposes
Job Duties
- perform a vital part of the patient care process by transporting reports, records, supplies, and medical specimens between the laboratory and healthcare provider locations
- ensure proper specimen handling, transport, and safe operation of a motor vehicle in all weather conditions
- interact with a variety of clients and commit to customer-focused service
- champion safety, compliance, and quality control
- maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups
- communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- adhere to all company policies and regulatory standards
