- two years driving experience
- ability to lift and carry packages as needed
- knowledge of patient care equipment
- effective communication skills, written and verbal
- good time management skills

Job Duties
- Deliver and pick up patient care items for Care at Home programs
- update the courier log to ensure all proper records are accurately documented and maintained
- drive vehicle safely at all times, maintaining a clean driving record
- coordinate with care team to create the best possible schedules and route for meeting department objectives
- communicate any potential delays with care team and patients
- maintain and inspect own vehicle daily to ensure it is in proper working order and clean
- reprocess equipment to ensure all infection control policies around cleaning, disinfection, and supply equipment management are followed
- troubleshoot issues with malfunctioning equipment to minimize downtime
- adhere to policies and procedures of the organization including HIPAA and infection prevention standards
