Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and an excellent driving record for the past three years
- Confidence operating a vehicle in all weather and traffic conditions and navigating routine hazards of the road
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under time constraints without close supervision
- Physical capability of light to medium lifting up to 50lbs
Job Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and excellent driving record for the past three years
- Ability to operate a vehicle confidently in diverse weather and traffic conditions
- Strong commitment to safety practices and compliance standards
- Competency in customer service and communication skills
- Physical ability to lift light to medium loads up to 50lbs
- Experience in handling medical specimens and knowledge of medical terminology (preferred)
Job Duties
- Perform a vital part of the patient care process by making sure that reports, records, supplies, and medical specimens are successfully transported between the laboratory and healthcare provider locations
- Ensure proper specimen handling, transport, and safe operation of a motor vehicle rain or shine
- Interact with a variety of clients and commit to customer-focused service
- Champion safety, compliance, and quality control
- Operate vehicles in all weather and traffic conditions while navigating routine hazards
- Maintain accurate documentation and timely delivery schedules
- Abide by all privacy, confidentiality, and security standards related to Protected Health Information (PHI)
