Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift and carry packages up to 70 lbs
- Ability to work Monday through Friday on assigned shifts
- Availability for full-time part-time or on-call hours
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in varied physical settings and conditions

Job Duties
- Operate delivery vehicles safely and efficiently adhering to all traffic and safety regulations
- Deliver packages and documents while providing exceptional customer service at every stop
- Load unload and handle packages weighing up to 70 lbs with care and attention to safety protocols
- Work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment contributing to group and individual success
- Manage and maintain important databases forms and documents with accuracy and attention to detail
- Apply and communicate Pace organizational policies and procedures with professionalism and clarity
- Exercise initiative judgment and discretion within established guidelines always demonstrating tact and prudence
