Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends, holidays, and evenings
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to stand and work on feet for over 8 hours
- Capability to lift and carry 50 pounds or more
- Availability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a fast-paced cafe or restaurant setting preferred
- Barista candidates should have at least 1 year experience using manual espresso equipment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for customer service and hospitality
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
Job Duties
- Welcomes and engages guests throughout their experience
- Demonstrates comprehensive knowledge of all Tatte products
- Operates point-of-sale system to take orders accurately
- Prepares and delivers coffee beverages and food items according to Tatte standards
- Maintains clean and organized workstations and cafe stations
- Ensures compliance with safety, sanitation, and brand standards
- Supports team members with various duties as needed
