Job Requirements
- Ability to lift, move, and carry 50+ pounds

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Baristas ideally have at least 1 year of experience using manual espresso equipment in a fast-paced café or restaurant
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for coffee, food, and hospitality
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Team player with a positive attitude
Job Duties
- Provides gracious and high-quality service to guests by welcoming them and engaging throughout their experience
- Determines guests' needs by asking questions and sharing product knowledge
- Has comprehensive knowledge of all Tatte products
- Takes guests' orders using point-of-sale system/register
- Executes all Tatte product and packaging standards
- Delivers coffee beverages and food to guests
- Maintains clean and well-stocked café stations
- Actively maintains and supports café cleanliness and visual/brand standards
- Complies with safety and sanitation standards while adhering to policies and procedures
- Prepares and serves coffee beverages according to recipes and presentation standards
- Operates barista station equipment according to standards
- Keeps bar and equipment clean and sanitary
- Delivers artistic espresso beverages
- Other duties as assigned
