Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- at least one year of experience in barista role for barista positions
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- physical ability to lift and carry at least 50 pounds
- ability to stand for extended periods
- willingness to work as part of a team and help where needed
- passion for coffee and hospitality

- minimum of one year experience as a barista using manual espresso equipment in a fast-paced restaurant or cafe
- strong communication skills

Job Duties
- Provides gracious and high-quality service to guests by welcoming them and engaging throughout their experience
- determines guests' needs by asking questions and sharing product knowledge
- has comprehensive knowledge of all Tatte products
- takes guests' orders using the point-of-sale system/register
- executes all Tatte product and packaging standards
- delivers coffee beverages and food to guests
- maintains clean and well-stocked café stations
- actively maintains and supports café cleanliness and visual/brand standards
- complies with and follows all safety and sanitation standards while adhering to policies and procedures
- prepares and serves beverages according to Tatte recipes and specifications
- answers guests' questions about offerings
- follows all recipe and presentation standards for beverages
- operates all barista station equipment according to standards
- keeps the bar clean and sanitary in accordance with applicable standards and well-stocked with inventory
- delivers beautiful and artistic espresso beverages
- other related assignments as necessary
