Job Requirements
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must be punctual and dependable
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds frequently
- Ability to distinguish between colors
- Basic computer and math skills
- High school diploma or comparable certification
- Ability to pass background check and/or MVR check as applicable

- Prior experience in delivery, retail sales, cashiering, or customer service preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Greet and advise customers on product selections and uses
- Assist customers over the phone and in-store with questions and orders regarding paint products and coatings
- Prepare orders by mixing and tinting paint to customers specifications
- Accurately identify and match paint colors
- Process cash and credit card transactions accurately and maintain cash drawer
- Assist with inventory and process incoming stock
- Load and unload materials for customers and delivery vehicles
- Deliver products safely and efficiently using company vehicle
- Provide high-level customer service ensuring customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with coworkers and management to maintain smooth workflow
- Perform miscellaneous tasks such as stocking and cleaning as assigned
