Job Requirements

  • Successfully complete Bruegger's Baker Training and Certification Program
  • Ability to be on feet for long periods
  • Required bending and lifting
  • Comfort working with ovens
  • Must speak clearly and listen attentively
  • Start as early as 4:00 am
  • Willingness to participate in local community events

  • Prior kitchen experience preferred but not required

Job Duties

  • Provide quick efficient service to guests under supervision
  • Handle cash transactions with basic math and register skills
  • Produce freshest and highest quality product
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment using correct cleaning procedures
  • Prevent accidents by identifying and correcting safety hazards
  • Support and follow all marketing programs and trends
  • Ensure paperwork is up to date
  • Opening and closing bakery according to policies
  • Maintain floor control during shifts
  • Demonstrate ability to increase guest satisfaction
  • Complete paperwork accurately
  • Supervise guest service at counter and registers
