Job Requirements
- Successfully complete Bruegger's Baker Training and Certification Program
- Ability to be on feet for long periods
- Required bending and lifting
- Comfort working with ovens
- Must speak clearly and listen attentively
- Start as early as 4:00 am
- Willingness to participate in local community events

Job Duties
- Provide quick efficient service to guests under supervision
- Handle cash transactions with basic math and register skills
- Produce freshest and highest quality product
- Maintain a safe and clean environment using correct cleaning procedures
- Prevent accidents by identifying and correcting safety hazards
- Support and follow all marketing programs and trends
- Ensure paperwork is up to date
- Opening and closing bakery according to policies
- Maintain floor control during shifts
- Demonstrate ability to increase guest satisfaction
- Complete paperwork accurately
- Supervise guest service at counter and registers
