Job Requirements
- Successfully complete Bruegger's Baker Training and Certification Program
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Required bending and lifting
- Comfort working with ovens
- Ability to speak clearly and listen attentively
- Prior kitchen experience preferred
- Availability to start as early as 4:00 am
Job Qualifications
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Provide excellent guest service with a smile
- Prior experience working in a kitchen is preferred but not required
- Effective communication skills to listen and speak clearly
- Willingness to participate in community events
Job Duties
- Provide quick efficient service to guests under supervision
- Handle cash transactions with basic math and register skills
- Produce the freshest and highest quality product to guests
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for team members and guests by using correct cleaning procedures and operating bakery equipment
- Prevent accidents by identifying and correcting safety hazards
- Support and follow all marketing programs and suggestively sell promotional items
- Complete applicable paperwork accurately
