Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- three to four years' experience in office administrative roles
- proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- ability to lift up to 10 pounds
- flexibility to stand, walk, stoop, or bend occasionally
- customer service orientation
- ability to manage multi-line phone system
- attention to detail
- ability to follow safety and quality standards
Job Qualifications

- three to four years' experience working in office setting performing clerical or administrative tasks
- advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

- ability to handle difficult interactions professionally

- experience with record-keeping and data entry
Job Duties
- Meeting and greeting visitors
- answering multi-line switchboard
- forwarding calls to voice mail or appropriate staff member
- taking and delivering messages
- copying, sorting, and mail handling including assistance with large mailings
- sending and receiving/delivering faxes
- handling occasional difficult customer service interactions face-to-face or by telephone
- administrative organization and implementation of various catalogs
- collecting and maintaining records of information for C-suite leadership
- entering various client data in electronic information system such as client demographics
- filing and maintaining correspondence, records, reports and other documents related to site operations
- assisting with preparation, setup and tear down for senior level, legal and board meetings
- performing various administrative functions as requested by supervisor or other administrative staff
