Job Requirements

  • Minimum of four years of previous experience in food service
  • minimum of one to three years of experience in a managerial capacity
  • previous work history in food service
  • bachelor's degree or a comparable level of hands-on experience
  • strong communication skills
  • proficiency in establishing and maintaining effective client and customer relationships
  • proficiency in delivering exceptional customer service using Aramark standard service model
  • ability to foster productive interdepartmental relationships
  • occasional requirement to lift, convey, push, and tug loads weighing up to 50 pounds
  • must be comfortable standing for prolonged periods of time

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Supervise, train, motivate, and cultivate teams to enhance their productivity
  • ensure that the food service provision is in line with the executional model
  • empower team members with a shared understanding of objectives and execution methods
  • offer rewards as recognition for valuable employee contributions
  • uphold safety and sanitation protocols throughout all procedures
  • recognize client necessities and proficiently communicate updates on operational development
  • integrate Aramark procedures and structures into business practices
  • enhance profit generation while overseeing budgetary constraints especially related to food, drink, and personnel expenditures
  • confirm consistent generation and monitoring of profit and loss statements
  • accomplish food and labor targets
  • supervise resource management to ensure quality assurance and cost control within budgets
  • maintain operational excellence including food preparation and labor optimization
  • coordinate production, distribution, and serving of food operations
  • uphold a healthy and secure environment for clients, customers, and staff
  • ensure adherence to relevant safety, health, and wage laws
  • construct and sustain mechanisms for food selection, acquisition, storage, cooking, serving, and menu enhancement
  • develop forecasts for operational components and explain variances
  • conduct accounting tasks
  • guarantee sanitation and safety standards
  • supervise unit employees in production, merchandising, quality, cost, labor, and training
  • recruit and retain frontline team members
  • implement periodic stock checks
  • maintain records in alignment with Aramark and regulatory standards
  • interact with client leaders to maintain strong relationships
  • engage in sales and contract discussions
  • explore opportunities for new offerings that drive sales and client retention
  • manage customer-facing restaurant areas
  • establish and implement food service initiatives consistent with client objectives and sustainability practices
