- adot medical card or ability to pass adot physical exam
- own transportation to and from work
- punctual and reliable
- able to lift 50 pounds
- cellular phone with gps
- team player with knowledge of valley roadways
- experience driving a 26-foot box truck
- ability to operate forklift and pallet jack

- maintain a clean driving record and valid arizona driver's license
- communicate effectively with customers and team members
- adhere to all safety and transportation regulations
