Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education development (GED) diploma
- One (1) year of airline operations experience or educational background in aviation
- Must be available to work shift work, which includes nights, weekends, holidays, and shifts of varying lengths
- Ability to work well with others, perform under pressure and under fixed time constraints
- Strong organizational skills and detail oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Available for overnight travel (10%)
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test
- Must be legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located
- Authorization to work in the US is required
- This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship
Job Qualifications

- One (1) year of airline Operations experience or educational background in aviation

- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

- Holds Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Dispatch license preferred
- Two (2) years of JetBlue Airport and/or Ground Operations experience preferred
- Experience in determining aircraft weight and balance limitations preferred
- Experience using Sabre applications preferred
Job Duties
- Perform weight and balance related activities on JetBlue Airways flights
- Plan and communicate payload data and compartment load plans on a timely basis
- Manage the processing of flights including weight restrictions and closeout procedures
- Communicate with and support Station Operations, Flight Crews, System Operations and Dispatch as it relates to weight and balance activities
- Work with Dispatch and Flight Crews to resolve payload, fuel, and weight restriction issues
- Perform ad-hoc administrative duties as directed
- Assist with light cleaning of the aircraft when working or traveling on JetBlue flights and time permits
