Job Requirements
- Must have your own car, license, valid registration, and valid insurance
- Must be able to pass a motor vehicles background check
- Must have a smartphone with data plan
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
- Must be 18 years or older
Job Qualifications
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Knowledge of the 2-mile radius surrounding the store is a plus
- Must have excellent customer service skills
- Must be able to operate a smartphone and use delivery apps efficiently
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
- Must be 18 years or older
Job Duties
- Check orders for quality and accuracy before they leave the store
- Deliver cookies, milk, and ice cream to customers in a timely and safe fashion
- Provide quality customer service through positive and professional interactions with customers both in-person and by phone
- Use Insomnia Cookies' delivery app to meet company standards and provide accurate status updates to customers
- Manage time effectively to deliver within a small, busy delivery zone
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle suitable for deliveries
- Uphold company safety and hygiene standards during all deliveries
