Job Requirements
- Must have own car, valid driver's license, registration, and insurance
- Able to pass a motor vehicles background check
- Must have smartphone with active data plan
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Knowledge of the 2-mile radius surrounding the store is a plus
- Must have own car, valid driver's license, registration, and insurance
- Ability to pass a motor vehicle background check
- Proficient with smartphone and delivery app usage
- Customer service experience preferred
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
- Minimum age of 18 years
Job Duties
- Check orders for quality and accuracy before they leave the store
- Deliver cookies, milk and ice cream to customers in a timely and safe manner
- Provide quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers in-person or by phone
- Use Insomnia's delivery app according to company standards and provide accurate status updates to customers
- Maintain knowledge of local delivery zone and routes for efficient service
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety guidelines while driving
- Represent the brand professionally and courteously at all times
