Job Requirements

- Must possess a smartphone with a data plan
- Must have a car with valid registration and insurance
- Must be able to pass a motor vehicle background check

Job Duties
- Check orders for quality and accuracy before they leave the store
- Deliver cookies, milk, and ice cream to customers in a timely and safe manner
- Provide quality customer service through positive and professional interactions with customers in person or by phone
- Use Insomnia's delivery app to company standards and give accurate status updates to customers
- Manage time efficiently and navigate the delivery area effectively
- Ensure compliance with traffic laws and company delivery protocols
- Maintain communication with the bakery team to handle any delivery issues
