Job Requirements

- must have valid insurance
- must be able to pass a motor vehicles background check
- must have a smartphone with data plan
- must be legally eligible to work in the United States
- must be 18 years or older

Job Duties
- check orders for quality and accuracy before they leave the store
- deliver cookies, milk, and ice cream to customers in a timely and safe manner
- provide quality customer service through positive and professional interactions with customers in person and by phone
- use the Insomnia delivery app to company standards and provide accurate status updates to customers
- maintain safe driving practices and adhere to traffic laws and company policies
- manage time efficiently to ensure prompt delivery within the designated area
- handle payments and order confirmations accurately
