- Ability to provide friendly and professional customer service
- Smartphone with a data plan for delivery app use
- Previous delivery or customer service experience is a plus
Job Duties
- Check orders for quality and accuracy before they leave the store
- Deliver cookies, milk, and ice cream to customers promptly and safely
- Provide quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers in-person and by phone
- Use Insomnia's delivery app to company standards and provide accurate order status updates
- Maintain knowledge of local delivery routes within the 2-mile radius
- Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and company policies
- Represent the Insomnia Cookies brand positively in all customer interactions
