Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
- Must have own car, valid driver’s license, registration, and insurance
- Must have a smartphone with a data plan
- Must be able to pass a motor vehicle background check
- Ability to work flexible part-time schedules
- Must demonstrate reliable time management skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Previous delivery or customer service experience preferred
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to use a smartphone and delivery apps proficiently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of the local 2-mile delivery zone is a plus
Job Duties
- Check orders for quality and accuracy before they leave the store
- Deliver cookies, milk, and ice cream to customers in a timely and safe fashion
- Provide quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers in-person or by phone
- Use Insomnia's delivery app to approved company standards and provide accurate status updates to customers
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of delivery equipment and vehicle
- Comply with all traffic laws and company safety guidelines
- Communicate effectively with store management and team members about delivery issues or customer concerns
