Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must have own car with valid registration and insurance
- Ability to pass a motor vehicle background check
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
- Must have smartphone with data plan
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work flexible part-time hours
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Proven time management and organizational skills
- Experience providing customer service
- Familiarity with smartphone technology and ability to use delivery apps
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Knowledge of the Clarksville, TN area is a plus
Job Duties
- Check orders for quality and accuracy before they leave the store
- Deliver cookies, milk, and ice cream to loyal customers in a timely and safe manner
- Provide quality customer service through positive and professional interactions with customers in person and by phone
- Use Insomnia Cookies delivery app according to company standards and provide accurate status updates to customers
- Manage delivery routes efficiently within a small, busy delivery zone
- Handle any customer inquiries or issues promptly and professionally
- Maintain knowledge of local delivery area to ensure timely deliveries
