- High school diploma or equivalency diploma required
- ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, holidays and weekends
- ability to operate kitchen equipment
- physical ability to stand, walk for long periods and lift 71 - 80 pounds
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalency diploma
- associates degree in culinary arts or related field preferred
- basic reading, writing, mathematical, and verbal communication skills in English
- ability to operate kitchen equipment such as steamer, fryer, and oven
- ability to stand and walk for long periods and lift 71 - 80 pounds
Job Duties
- Produce food orders in a timely, neat and organized manner according to the needs of the guest
- follow all approved recipes ensuring proper cooking techniques and high quality standards
- consistently apply sanitation procedures
- ensure proper food handling procedures are always followed
- properly use kitchen equipment while maintaining highest safety standards
