Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalency diploma required
  • ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, holidays and weekends
  • ability to operate kitchen equipment
  • physical ability to stand, walk for long periods and lift 71 - 80 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalency diploma
  • associates degree in culinary arts or related field preferred
  • basic reading, writing, mathematical, and verbal communication skills in English
  • ability to operate kitchen equipment such as steamer, fryer, and oven
  • ability to stand and walk for long periods and lift 71 - 80 pounds

Job Duties

  • Produce food orders in a timely, neat and organized manner according to the needs of the guest
  • follow all approved recipes ensuring proper cooking techniques and high quality standards
  • consistently apply sanitation procedures
  • ensure proper food handling procedures are always followed
  • properly use kitchen equipment while maintaining highest safety standards
