Job Requirements

  • Valid state driver’s license for the vehicle used for transport
  • At least one years experience in a high volume establishment with an emphasis on cooking from scratch
  • Knowledge of proper culinary methods and techniques
  • Ability to use kitchen equipment and tools
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to follow safe food handling policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

  • Complete knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques, and standards
  • Ability to use a variety of kitchen equipment and tools, as well as to identify and differentiate food items
  • High-level product knowledge and ability to provide friendly and helpful customer service
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • At least one years experience in a high volume establishment with an emphasis on cooking from scratch
  • Food Handler's certification preferred

Job Duties

  • Performing food preparation and production tasks while following recipes and safe food handling policies and procedures
  • Ensuring proper portion and temperature control and proper storage of leftover food
  • Loading and transporting food products from one location to another according to an assigned schedule
  • Using a variety of kitchen equipment and tools effectively
  • Providing friendly and helpful customer service when required
  • Monitoring food quality and safety standards
  • Assisting with inventory management and food supplies
