Job Requirements
- At least two years’ experience in food service
- Ability to travel up to 75% of the year
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- At least one year experience in a supervisory role is desirable
- Associate’s degree or higher is preferred

Job Duties
- Assisting with planning, directing, organizing, and coordinating the activities of the food service department to provide outstanding dining options to each assigned unit
- Helping to enforce company policies and procedures to provide administrative direction for menu formation, food preparation, distribution, and service, budgeting and purchasing, sanitation standards, safety practices, and staffing and staff development
- Ensuring proper temperature, portioning, and quality of meals
- Directly preparing meals as needed
- Other tasks as assigned
