Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least one year prior culinary experience
  • Knowledge of culinary methods and standards
  • Experience in a supervisory role
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Food Handlers certification preferred

Job Qualifications

  • At least one year prior culinary experience in a quality and high volume establishment with emphasis on scratch cooking
  • Complete knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques and standards
  • Experience supervising a team
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks at once
  • Friendly and helpful customer service skills

Job Duties

  • Instructing and training employees in all aspects of food service and sanitation
  • Ensuring meal services begin on time
  • Ensuring portion, appearance and temperature for all food items is appropriate and of high quality
  • Supervising the culinary team to meet established standards
  • Coordinating work of employees to ensure efficiency
  • Monitoring adherence to food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
