Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum one year culinary experience in a quality and high volume establishment
  • Thorough understanding of culinary methods and kitchen procedures
  • Proven ability to supervise and lead a team
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
  • Food Handlers certification preferred
  • Willingness to work onsite in Tulsa, Oklahoma

Job Qualifications

  • At least one years experience in culinary operations in a high-volume establishment with emphasis on scratch cooking
  • Complete knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques, and standards
  • Experience supervising a team in a food service environment
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly and helpful approach

Job Duties

  • Instructing and training employees in all aspects of food service and sanitation
  • Ensuring meal services begin on time
  • Monitoring that portion, appearance, and temperature for all food items are appropriate and of high quality
  • Supervising kitchen staff to maintain operational efficiency and adherence to established standards
  • Maintaining compliance with food safety regulations
  • Coordinating work activities and schedules within the kitchen team
  • Addressing and resolving issues related to food preparation and service
