Job Duties
- Instructing and training employees in all aspects of food service and sanitation
- Ensuring meal services begin on time
- Monitoring portion sizes, appearance and temperature of all food items
- Supervising team members to maintain efficiency and quality
- Enforcing cleanliness and safety standards
- Coordinating daily kitchen operations
- Providing customer service within the corrections environment
