Job Duties

  • Instructing and training employees in all aspects of food service and sanitation
  • Ensuring meal services begin on time
  • Monitoring portion sizes, appearance and temperature of all food items
  • Supervising team members to maintain efficiency and quality
  • Enforcing cleanliness and safety standards
  • Coordinating daily kitchen operations
  • Providing customer service within the corrections environment
