Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • at least one year of prior culinary experience in a quality and high-volume establishment
  • knowledge of culinary techniques and standards
  • experience in team supervision
  • ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • excellent attention to detail
  • strong communication skills
  • Food Handlers certification preferred

Job Duties

  • Instructing and training employees in food service and sanitation
