Job Duties

  • instructing and training employees in all aspects of food service and sanitation
  • ensuring meal services begin on time
  • ensuring that portion, appearance and temperature for all food items is appropriate and of high quality
  • supervising kitchen staff to maintain efficiency
  • enforcing compliance with food safety standards
  • coordinating team activities to meet operational goals
  • maintaining a clean and safe work environment
