Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least one year of culinary experience in a high-volume, quality establishment emphasizing scratch cooking
  • Knowledge of food service sanitation practices
  • Ability to supervise and train a team
  • Strong multitasking skills
  • Ability to work onsite full-time
  • Food handlers certification preferred

Job Qualifications

  • At least one year's prior culinary experience in a quality and high volume establishment with an emphasis on scratch cooking
  • Complete knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques and standards
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to perform multiple tasks at once
  • Experience supervising a team
  • High-level product knowledge
  • Ability to provide friendly and helpful customer service
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Instructing and training employees in all aspects of food service and sanitation
  • Ensuring meal services begin on time
  • Monitoring portion sizes to ensure consistency and adherence to standards
  • Overseeing the appearance and temperature of all food items to maintain quality
  • Supervising the work of culinary staff to maintain efficiency and compliance with safety regulations
  • Managing multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintaining high standards for food preparation and kitchen cleanliness
