Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least one year culinary experience in a high volume or quality establishment
  • Experience with scratch cooking techniques
  • Ability to train and supervise staff
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to work onsite full-time

Job Qualifications

  • At least one year prior culinary experience in a quality, high volume establishment with emphasis on scratch cooking
  • Complete knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques and standards
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Experience supervising a team
  • Strong product knowledge
  • Friendly and helpful customer service skills

Job Duties

  • Instructing and training employees in all aspects of food service and sanitation
  • Ensuring meal services begin on time
  • Ensuring appropriate portion sizes, appearance and temperature for all food items
  • Supervising kitchen staff to maintain efficiency and established standards
  • Coordinating kitchen operations in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintaining high culinary standards and quality control
  • Providing friendly and helpful customer service
