Job Requirements
- at least one years' prior culinary experience in a quality and high volume establishment
- knowledge of proper culinary methods and techniques
- ability to multitask and pay close attention to detail
- experience supervising a team
- friendly and helpful customer service skills
- willingness to work onsite full-time
- food handlers certification preferred

- complete knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques and standards
- excellent attention to detail and the ability to perform multiple tasks at once
- high-level product knowledge

Job Duties
- Instructing and training employees in all aspects of food service and sanitation
- ensuring meal services begin on time
- ensuring that portion, appearance and temperature for all food items is appropriate and of high quality
- supervising the daily operations of the kitchen staff
- coordinating kitchen activities to maintain efficiency and food safety standards
- providing leadership and support to the kitchen team
- monitoring compliance with health and safety regulations
