Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to lift 25 to 70 pounds
- able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 10 hours
- able to use knives safely
- willingness to work flexible hours including part-time or full-time shifts
Job Qualifications
- strong communication skills
- ability to use knives and food preparation equipment
- experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment preferred
- ability to stand and move for long periods
- prior cooking experience is a plus
- capable of following detailed recipes and presentation standards
Job Duties
- complete all assigned prep work
- set up cooks station
- maintain product presentations
- ensure product quality and cook time standards
- prepare all menu items according to company recipes and specifications
- set up equipment
- verify stock
