Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ServSafe certified
- basic computer skills
- at least 2 years of related food experience, preferably in a supervisory capacity in a hospital, nursing care facility, or related medical facility
- excellent customer service skills
- team player dedicated to supporting team members and completing tasks

Job Duties
- Prepare meals following all necessary guidelines and regulations
- coordinate food production to coincide with meal serving times ensuring excellence in quality, temperature and appearance
- assist with tray line setup and plate assembly
- assist with daily cleaning requirements in the kitchen
- promote hospitality and excellent customer service in every daily interaction with guests, their families, and visitors
- work closely with the Executive Chef to create and review menus
- ensure meals comply with established portion control procedures, sanitary regulations, and company policies
