Job Requirements

  • Two years of experience in a kitchen environment
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently

Job Qualifications

  • At least two years of experience working in all stations of a hotel kitchen, a restaurant, or a similar operation
  • Knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling standards
  • Ability to communicate clearly and work cohesively with the restaurant team
  • Self-motivated, organized, and professional
  • Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong customer service skills

Job Duties

  • Prepare high-quality food following standard recipes and special diet orders
  • Collaborate with the Director of Food & Beverage and Sous Chef to manage food and supply logistics
  • Ensure timely procurement of items needed for food preparation
  • Store leftovers correctly to maintain food safety standards
  • Maintain accurate inventory records
  • Work cohesively with restaurant team members
  • Adhere to sanitation and safe food handling standards
