- Two years of experience in a kitchen environment
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices

Job Qualifications
- At least two years of experience working in all stations of a hotel kitchen, a restaurant, or a similar operation
- Knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling standards
- Ability to communicate clearly and work cohesively with the restaurant team
- Self-motivated, organized, and professional
- Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong customer service skills
Job Duties
- Prepare high-quality food following standard recipes and special diet orders
- Collaborate with the Director of Food & Beverage and Sous Chef to manage food and supply logistics
- Ensure timely procurement of items needed for food preparation
- Store leftovers correctly to maintain food safety standards
- Maintain accurate inventory records
- Work cohesively with restaurant team members
- Adhere to sanitation and safe food handling standards
