Job Duties

  • prepare food items strictly following recipes and product directions
  • follow production prep lists and maintain accurate records
  • use kitchen equipment and knives efficiently and safely
  • wash, slice, and peel food items on prep list
  • store prepared food safely with proper date labeling
  • adhere to all brand standards including food safety and guest satisfaction
  • maintain cleanliness and safety in work environment
