Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in food preparation or related field preferred
- ability to follow recipes and production prep lists
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- ability to handle kitchen equipment safely
- strong attention to detail
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to work in a team environment

Job Duties
- Prepare food at 100 percent recipe adherence
- follow production prep list and keep accurate records
- requisition supplies and equipment as needed
- use knives, slicers, and kitchen equipment efficiently and safely
- wash, slice, and peel items on prep list
- store prepared food items safely and ensure proper date labeling
- follow all brand standards including food safety, sanitation, operational excellence, or guest satisfaction
- maintain a clean and organized work environment free of safety hazards
- restock kitchen supplies and food items regularly
- assist with ordering and planning food supplies
- report necessary equipment repair and maintenance to management
- monitor proper rotation and dating of prepped food items and storage areas
