Job Requirements

  • previous experience in food preparation or related field preferred
  • ability to follow recipes and production prep lists
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • ability to handle kitchen equipment safely

Job Duties

  • Prepare food at 100 percent recipe adherence
  • follow production prep list and keep accurate records
  • requisition supplies and equipment as needed
  • use knives, slicers, and kitchen equipment efficiently and safely
  • wash, slice, and peel items on prep list
  • store prepared food items safely and ensure proper date labeling
  • follow all brand standards including food safety, sanitation, operational excellence, or guest satisfaction
  • maintain a clean and organized work environment free of safety hazards
  • restock kitchen supplies and food items regularly
  • assist with ordering and planning food supplies
  • report necessary equipment repair and maintenance to management
  • monitor proper rotation and dating of prepped food items and storage areas
