Job Duties
- Responsible for food production in all areas of the department
- Use various methods of cookery to prepare meals
- Produce quality, eye appealing food products within allotted time
- Operate all food preparation equipment safely and efficiently including oven, grill, chopper, slicer, blender, mixer, and steamer
- Follow food safety standards and obtain Food Handlers certification within 90 days
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization
- Perform related duties as assigned
