Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- knowledge of all methods of cookery
- physical ability to push, pull and grip 50 pounds and pinch 10 pounds
- ability to use food preparation equipment including ovens, grills, choppers, slicers, blenders, mixers, and steamers
- strong time management skills
- good interpersonal communication
- commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality and safety

Job Duties
- Prepare food in all areas of the department
- apply knowledge of all methods of cookery
- produce quality, eye appealing products within an allotted amount of time
- operate food preparation equipment including ovens, grills, choppers, slicers, blenders, mixers, and steamers
- handle food safely and hygienically
- manage time effectively to meet production deadlines
- perform related duties as assigned
