Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
able to lift 25-70 pounds
able to stand and exert mobility for up to 10 hours
experience with food preparation equipment
good communication skills

previous kitchen or cooking experience preferred

ability to work well in a team
knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
ability to use knives and slicing equipment
ability to stand and perform physically demanding tasks for long periods

Job Duties

complete all assigned prep work
set up cooks station
maintain product presentations
ensure product quality
meet cook time standards
prepare menu items according to company recipes, plate presentations and specifications
set up equipment
verify stock
clean equipment
prepare food items to specification while maintaining a clean work area
