Job Requirements
- Associate's Degree in Culinary Arts
- 2 years food preparation experience or 4 years food production experience in a high volume, fast-paced environment
- leadership or supervisory experience
- ability to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays
- compliance with health and safety regulations

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve food to patients and customers according to standardized recipes
- open and close the department including cash handling procedures
- provide direction to Cook I staff and Service Assistants
- convert recipes and communicate forecasting food changes
- maintain sanitation and safety in compliance with federal and state health codes
- demonstrate a patient and customer first attitude
- greet patients, visitors, customers, and co-workers cheerfully
