Job Requirements
- high school diploma or ged preferred
- no prior experience required but preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods and physically perform kitchen tasks
- ability to wear protective clothing and safety equipment
- compliance with local health and safety regulations
- ability to lift and carry up to 35 lbs
- ability to climb ladders
- willingness to work day shifts with rotating weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma, ged or equivalent experience preferred
- basic understanding of cooking techniques
- ability to operate kitchen equipment
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- prior food service experience preferred
- ability to follow instructions and work under supervision
- strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Job Duties
- prepare food items according to established recipes and dietary guidelines
- operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and work area
- follow local health regulations and safety standards
- wear required protective clothing and equipment
- assist in food storage and inventory management
- support team efforts during rotating weekends and holiday shifts
