Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 4 to 6 years of related work experience
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods

Job Duties
- Monitor the quality and quantity of food that is prepared and the portions served
- Ensure proper portion, arrangement, and food garnish
- Inform service staff of 86'ed items and number of available menu specials
- Pull food from freezer storage to thaw
- Prepare various cuts of meat
- Operate ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers to prepare foods
- Check and ensure the correctness of the temperature of appliances and food using thermostats and thermometers
