Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Prepare and present delicious meals following recipes and portioning guidelines
  • Assist with kitchen prep work including ingredient inventory and sanitation
  • Maintain cleanliness in dish room and kitchen areas
  • Conduct dry stock and perishable food inventories
  • Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef and kitchen team
  • Uphold food safety and sanitation standards
  • Provide hospitality-driven service with a positive attitude
