Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years cooking experience
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- ServSafe certification
- Ability to work Tuesday through Saturday
- Capability to maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen

Job Duties
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and menus in a manner that preserves food freshness, quality and appeal
- Utilize safe food handling and storage techniques at all times
- Maintain a clean and sanitized work area
- Support other kitchen employees in assuring that the essential functions of the kitchen are performed adequately and appropriately
- Removal of refuse as needed
- Putting away/Pulling stock as needed
