Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in a commercial kitchen environment
- On-the-job training by a Sous Chef
- 1-2 years in an approved Culinary Arts School preferred

Job Duties
- Station setup and execution of a la carte lunch and dinner service for residents and their guests
- Responsible for shift breakdown and cleanup of kitchen and equipment
- Performs prep according to the Daily Prep Sheet and Executive Chef and Sous Chef request for daily service
- Responsible for cleaning and preparation of kitchen equipment
- Ability to follow instructions and recipes
- Other duties as assigned
