Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Capable of kneeling, bending, twisting, and stooping
- Ability to ascend and descend stairs

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment is desirable but not required
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers
- Basic math skills for handling orders and cash transactions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Ability to work flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Enthusiastic and positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the company
Job Duties
- Prepare high-quality chicken finger meals according to Raising Cane's standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient restaurant operations
- Assist with taking orders and processing payments when needed
- Meet physical demands such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
