Job Duties
- complete all assigned prep work
- set up cooks station
- maintain product presentations
- maintain product quality
- adhere to cook time standards
- prepare all menu items according to company recipes, plate presentations and specifications
- set up equipment
- verify stock
- clean equipment
- prepare food items to specification while maintaining a clean work area
